General
1. When can I check in and out?
Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00
Check out: until 10:00
2. What is the difference between the three chalets?
Only the interior may differ, such as upholstery and wallpaper. The base of the chalet is identical to each other.
3. What to do in the surroundings of Viareggio?

4. Is the chalet suitable for 5 adults?
No the chalet is not suitable for 5 adults. Although there are 5 sleeping places. When you are with more than 3 adults you can book two chalets.
5. How many people are allowed in the chalet?
The chalet has two bedrooms. It is therefore possible to stay overnight with five people. However, our second bedroom is suitable for either a maximum of 3 children or a maximum of 1 adult.
So this makes that you can stay in this chalet with a maximum of 3 adults or a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children.
6. How far is the sea?
The sea is close by! Through a beautiful pine forest you can walk to the beach in 20 minutes. Are you by car? Then you are there in 5 minutes.
7. How far is the airport?
The airport is about 20 minutes away. The nearest airport is Pisa. You can also rent a rental car here or take a cab.
8. Can i charge my electric car at the chalet?
No this is strictly forbidden. If you will do this all charges for electrics will be for you.
Availability and booking
1. Is there a minimum number of nights for the stay?
Only in the main season (July and August) we rent the chalets from Saturday to Saturday and therefore a minimum of 7 nights.
2. How can I check the availability of a chalet?
You can check the availability of a chalet by visiting our website and email us your desired dates or fill in the form at the 'book a chalet' button. The available chalets for those dates will be sended over to you by email.
3. Can I make a reservation over the phone?
No, to secure your booking you must e-mail us at info@micasatoscana.com or send us a whatsapp request at +31630033167
4. How will I know if my booking is confirmed?
After we confirmed your booking on the email you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details, including the chalet address, check-in instructions, and contact information. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.
5. Can I book a chalet last minute?
Yes, last-minute bookings are possible if there is availability. It needs to be at least one day before arrival.
Amenties and services
1. What amenities are included in the chalet?
Amenities vary by chalet but generally include fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, heating / air conditioning. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries you should bring yourself. Because it's still camping ;)! Detailed information about amenities is available on the specific chalet’s booking page.
2. Is there a cleaning service included or available?
A final cleaning service is mandatory for every quest, to be assured that every guest has a clean and fresh chalet.
3. How often are the chalets cleaned?
The villas are cleaned after each stay.
4. Is Wi-Fi available in the chalet?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in most of our chalets. However as it is on a camping its not always stable. You will have always the best Wi-Fi by the pool, the reception and the plaza.
5. Is there a washing machine in the chalet?
There is no washing machine available in the chalet, but it is possible to use it at the campsite for a fee.
6. Are towels and linens provided?
You can bring them yourself or you can rent them with us. This will apply a fee. You can ask us when you are making a booking.
7. What coffee maker is in the chalet?
All chalets have a Nespresso coffee maker with pads and a regular coffee maker.
8. Is there a possibility to cook in the chalet?
The chalets have a spacious kitchen. It is of course possible to cook in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped.
*Hiring an external cook is not allowed. Dishes with open flames are also not allowed.
Payment
1. Is it also possible to pay for the booking at the location itself?
No, this is not possible.
2. What does an overnight stay cost?
The cost of accommodation varies. The price depends on the period, length of stay and number of people. Please email us at info@tuscanychalets.com for more information.
3. How does the payment work?
You will receive a booking contract that includes the full amount and also all the details of the chalet.
The Payment can be made in one time or in two times, in the latter case we charge € 25, - administration fee.
If you choose to pay in two times, the deposit is 25% of the rent with a minimum of € 100,00.
We expect the remainder of the rent to be paid into our bank account 2 months before departure.
Once the full payment is credited to our account we will send you the payment receipt, recommended itinerary for Dutch, and useful information.
When booking within the deadline of two months before the 1st day of your vacation, we expect the payment in one time.
4. What is the amount of the deposit?
On presentation of the receipt, you will receive the key to your accommodation upon arrival at the reception desk, for this you pay € 50.00 deposit. If you have booked air conditioning, you will also receive the remote control for this on arrival and you will pay an additional € 50,- deposit. When you check out during the opening hours of the reception, this deposit will be returned to you.
5. Can I cancel a booking free of charge?
No you can't. You will be charged 100% after you book. Therefore, have good cancellation insurance.
Policies and regulations
1. Are there any noise restrictions?
Yes, we ask that guests respect quiet hours typically between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors.
2. Is a pet allowed?
In principle, pets are not allowed. If you bring one small dog, you could do so upon request. Please note that here is a fee of 17.50 per night.
3. Is smoking permitted inside the chalet?
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our chalets.
4. Can I host events or parties at the chalet?
Hosting events or parties is generally not allowed.
5. What should I do in case of a complaint or issue during my stay?
Please go to the reception they will help you. And always let us know by email.
